The Employer understands that its participation in E-Verify is not confidential information and may be <br />disctosed as authorized or required by law and DHS or SSA policy, including but not limited to, Congressional <br />oversight, E-Verify pubticity and media inquiries, determinations of compliance with Federal contractual <br />requirements, and responses to inquiries under the Freedom of lnformation Act (FOIA). <br />F. The individuals whose signatures appear below represent that they are authorized to enter into this MOU <br />on behalf of the Employer and DHS respectively. The Employer understands that any inaccurate statement, <br />representation, data or other information provided to DHS may subject the Emptoyer, its subcontractors, its <br />employees, or its representatives to: (1) prosecution for false statements pursuant to L8 U.S.C. 1001 and/or; (2) <br />immediate termination of its MoU andlor; (3) possibte debarment or suspension. <br />G.
