Appendix A <br />Occupation Title: Construction Craft Laborer <br />0*NET-SOC Code: 47-2061.00 RAPIDS Code: 0661R <br />This schedule is attached to and a part of these Standards for the above identified occupation. <br />1. TERM OF APPRENTICESHIP <br />The term of the occupation shall be time -based with an on-the-job learning (OJL) <br />attainment of 4,000 hours supplemented by 300 hours of related instruction. <br />2. RATIO OF APPRENTICES TO JOURNEYWORKERS <br />The apprentice to journeyman ratio is stated in the Collective Bargaining Agreement but is <br />not to exceed one apprentice to one journeyworker <br />3. APPRENTICE WAGE SCHEDULE <br />Apprentices shall be paid a progressively increasing schedule of wages based on a <br />percentage of the current journeyworker wage rate, or as per the CBA <br />0 - 999 hours <br />1,000 - 1,999 hour <br />2,000 - 2,999 hours <br />3,000 - 4,000 hours <br />% of the journey worker rate <br />75 <br />80 <br />85 <br />95 <br />4. SCHEDULE OF WORK EXPERIENCE (See attached Work Process Schedule) <br />S. SCHEDULE OF RELATED INSTRUCTION (See attached Related Instruction Outline) <br />All apprentices will complete a minimum total of 300 hours of related training.
