ZONING & ANNEXATION <br />4:16 P.M. <br />FEBRUARY 11, 2013 <br />Committee Members Present: Dr. Fred Ferlic, Oliver Davis, Henry Davis (4:19), Gavin Ferlic <br />Other Council Present: Tim Scott, Valerie Schey, Dr. David Varner, Karen White, Derek Dieter <br />Others Present: Gary Gilot, Mike Danch, Christa Nayder, Erin Blasko, Kathy Cekanski - Farrand, <br />Angela Smith <br />Agenda: Bill No. 63 -12A — Rezone — 1017 W. Indiana, 1627 Kemble, 1531 Kemble <br />Dr. Ferlic opened the Z & A Meeting with one Bill No. 63 -12A a rezoning for 1017 W. Indiana and 1627- <br />1531 Kemble on the agenda. <br />Dr. Ferlic began calling for the finding of the APC hearing. Christa Nayder from the APC staff reported a <br />favorable recommendation subject to the written agreements made by the petitioner that would go with <br />the land not merely the owner. <br />Mike Danch representing the petitioner made a brief presentation of the specific commitments. Having <br />heard these Oliver Davis moved the bill subject to the written agreements to the full Council favorably. <br />Gavin Ferlic seconded. All affirmed. <br />Dr. Ferlic distributed a copy of the new Z & A brochure formulated by Kathy Cekanski - Farrand and John <br />Byorni. <br />There being no further business to come before the joint committees, Chairperson, Dr. Fred Ferlic, Zoning <br />& Annexation Committee, adjourned the meeting at 4:30 p.m. <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />Dr. Fred Ferlic, Chairperson <br />Zoning & Annexation Committee <br />
