REGULAR MEETING <br />SEPTEMBER 25.2000 <br />Councilmember Varner made a motion to strike this bill. Councilmember Coleman seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of nine <br />(9) ayes. <br />BILL NO. 68 -00 A BILL AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 103 S. LOGAN ST., IN THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />Councilmember Coleman made a motion to strike this bill from consideration. <br />Councilmember Varner seconded the motion which carr` ied by a voice vote of nine (9) ayes. <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />CITIZEN APPOINTMENTS ON COUNCIL STANDING COMMITTEES <br />President Charlotte Pfeifer announced that several standing committees of the Council need <br />citizen involvement. She asked that everyone spread the word. <br />
