REGULAR MEETING <br />JULY 10, 2000 <br />Council President Pfeifer informed the gentleman that if he chose not to adhere to <br />this policy, he could speak individually to any or all of the members of the Council <br />after the meeting or any other convenient time. The gentleman chose not to address <br />the Council at this time. <br />3.
