REGULAR MEETING MAY 22, 2000 <br />to the Episcopalian Diocese of Northern Indiana who has now chosen another location. The Hickey <br />Group plans to build on Lot Nos. 21 -26 single family houses in the range of one hundred twenty- <br />five thousand dollars ($125,000.00) to one hundred sixty -five thousand dollars ($165,000.00) for <br />a total worth of eight hundred seventy thousand dollars ($870,000.00). Mr. Feeney further advised <br />that the houses to be built will be identical to those already built in Canterbury Woods. <br />A Public Hearing was held on the Resolution at this time. <br />There being no one present wishing to speak to the Council either in favor of or in opposition to this <br />Resolution, Councilmember Kelly made a motion to adopt this Resolution.
