REGULAR MEETING <br />MARCH 13.2000 <br />BILL NO. 24-00 A BILL TO VACATE THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED <br />PROPERTY: TUTT STREET FROM THE WEST RIGHT -OF -WAY <br />OF MAIN STREET TO THE EAST RIGHT -OF -WAY OF <br />LAFAYETTE STREET FOR A DISTANCE OF <br />APPROXIMATELY 338.67 FEET AND A WIDTH OF 50 FEET. <br />PART LOCATED IN THE STUDEBAKER CORRIDOR 1ST & 3RD <br />MINOR SUBDIVISIONS AND THE GARST 1ST ADDITION, CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, ST JOSEPH COUNTY, INDIANA <br />Councilmember Varner reported that the Petitioner has asked that this bill be continued until the <br />March 27, 2000 meeting of the Council. For the record, it was noted that the attorney of record <br />handling the remonstrance of this vacation has objected to this continuation. Councilmember White <br />made a motion that this bill be continued until the March 27, 2000 meeting of the Council as <br />requested. Councilmember Varner seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of nine (9) <br />ayes. <br />RISE AND REPORT <br />Councilmember White made a motion to rise and report to the full Council.
