Box 1677 <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />46634 -1677 <br />(219) 234.0051 <br />I am enclosing a copy of the June 1, 1984 application submitted <br />by Twenty -Three North Partnership for Industrial Revenue Bonds <br />in the amount of $1,050,000.00. <br />The intent of the project is to acquire and expand an existing <br />manufacturing distribution and warehouse facility located in <br />the Airport Industrial Park, South Bend, Indiana. This Bond issue <br />will assure that the present varied occupants will continue to <br />remain in the South Bend vicinity. <br />It is anticipated that approximately 7 new jobs will result from <br />the expansion, with-an estimated payroll of approximately <br />$100,000.00. <br />ectfully, <br />ENN TH P.
