The Honorable Common Council <br />Page Two <br />June 20, 1984 <br />The above recommendation is made subject to a final site plan. <br />Further, the parcel subject to this rezoning is pending before the Area Plan <br />Commission for subdivision approval. The Area Plan Commission has exclusive <br />jurisdiction over subdivisions.
