By <br /> having greater transparency of the entire process, 1 believe there would be a much greater likelihood <br /> of the overall success of a meaningU program to rebuild our neighborhoods. <br /> We need to collaborate and challenge each other, especially when millions of taxpayer dollars from <br /> unknown sources may be involved. We must be vigilant so that other key city services are not put <br /> in jeopardy.
