14 <br />Extensive Winching (over 20ft)$10.00 per foot <br />Excessive Cleanup (debris field over 1 block)$100.00 <br />2nd Truck to Same Scene for One Vehicle $175.00 <br />Snatch Block,Go-Jacks,Skates $40.00 per position <br />Credit Card Fee 5% <br />Camper Towing Fee TBD by size and weight <br />Trailer Towing Fee TBD by size and weight <br />Camper/Trailer Storage TBD by size <br />Semi/Heavy Equipment Towing Fee TBD by size and weight <br />Semi/Heavy Equipment Storage TBD by size <br />BID PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS AND CONFORMITY <br />1.0 SERVICES AND LICENSING <br />Big Bulldog Towing is licensed by the City of South Bend,to operate the business of vehicle <br />removal and storage -License #PENDING <br />See page 24.Application is complete,and Michelle Adams followed up with a <br />confirmation email to Mark Dollinger. <br />The company carries all required City and State documentations,certifications and licensures <br />required: <br />●USDOT -4017065 <br />●MC -1541955 <br />In accordance with the requested proposal,Big Bulldog Towing agrees to the following: <br />a)The company agrees not to move or attach any vehicle until instructed to do so by the <br />investigating officer.All Company employees will complete training on policies and <br />procedures outlined with the removal,towing,and storage procedures for the City. <br />b)All company employees will cooperate with the investigating officer and comply with <br />requests made in conjunction with the removal of unsafe and/or illegally parked vehicles <br />from the street,and in storing or impounding such vehicles. <br />c)The company agrees to provide clean-up and removal of all debris from accident <br />scenes,including the removal of hazardous materials and vehicle fluids.(See equipment <br />list for materials used). <br />d)The company will follow vehicle release protocols outlined in the RFP and stated by the <br />City of South Bend Police Department. <br />●Employees will comply with the investigation officer by signing and gathering <br />proper signatures on scene for the stored vehicle report.
