Infrastructure: <br />January 12, 2024 <br />LETTER FOR RECORD <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />lnsituform <br />Insituform Technologies, LLC <br />580 Goddard Avenue <br />Chesterfield, MO 63005 <br />www.aegion.com <br />Insituform Technologies, LLC ("Insituform") is a subsidiary of Aegion Corporation ("Aegion") a $1 billion <br />revenue, international company. <br />Regulatory Matters <br />Insituform's activities are regulated by several federal, state and local agencies to varying degrees, such as the <br />DOT and state contractor licensing boards. Because of the size of Insituform, one or more regulatory <br />agencies may be auditing or investigating aspects of its business at any given time, including OSHA and <br />DOT. Insituform is not engaged in any pending state contractor licensing investigations or controversies. <br />Liabilities, Liens and Judgments <br />Insituform may occasionally have valid bills paid later than normal credit terms and improper bills that are <br />protested.
