REGULAR MEETING MAY 29, 2001 BILL NO. 10 -01 A BILL AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE, AND ESTABLISHING AN HISTORIC LANDMARK FOR THE RAIL ROAD BRIDGE LOCATED ACROSS THE ST. JOSEPH RIVER, ADJACENT TO THE ANGELA STREET BRIDGE, IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA Councilmember King made a motion that this bill be continued until the July 9, 2001 meeting of the Council at the request of the petitioner. Councilmember Coleman seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of eight (8) ayes. RISE AND REPORT Councilmember Kelly made motion to rise and report to the full Council. Councilmember Varner seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of eight (8) ayes. ATTE drew U airperson Committee of t1i Whole REGULAR MEETING RECONVENED Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend reconvened in the Council Chambers on the fourth floor of the County -City Building at 7:02 p.m. Council Vice - President James Aranowski presided with eight (8) members present. RESOLUTIONS There were no Resolutions submitted to the Council for consideration. BILLS - FIRST READING There were no bills submitted for first reading. UNFINISHED BUSINESS REPORTS FROM AREA PLAN COMMISSION It is noted that the Council is in receipt of recommendations from the Area Plan Commission of St. Joseph County, for the following ordinances based on their Public Hearing held on May 15, 2001. BILL NO. 30 -01 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1814 MIAMI STREET, IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA BILL NO. 41-01 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 222 SOUTH WILLIAM STREET, IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA BILL NO. 42 -01 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1456 LINCOLNWAY EAST IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA 1 1
