SPECIAL MEETING APRIL 5, 2013 32 <br />The Board of Public Safety met in a Special Meeting at 8:07 a.m. on Friday, April 5, 2013 with <br />Board President Patrick D. Cottrell and Board Members Eddie Miller and Luther Taylor present. <br />Board members Laura Vasquez and John Collins were absent. Also present was Board Attorney <br />Andrea Beachkofsky. The meeting was held in the Board Conference Room, Ste, 1308, County City <br />Building, 227 West Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana. <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />SET HEARING AND DISCOVERY DEADLINES FOR CHARGES NO. 2013-01— THEODORE <br />ROBERT <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Taylor, seconded by Mr. Miller and carried, the Board set the Hearing of <br />Charges No. 2013 -01 for May 10, 2013, at 8:00 a.m. in the Common Council Chambers, 4th Floor, <br />County City Building, 227 West Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana. Additionally, upon a motion <br />by Mr. Miller, seconded by Mr. Taylor and carried, the Board set April 12, 2013 as the deadline for <br />the request for discovery, and April 19, 2013 as the deadline for production of discovery, by <br />Attorneys DouIas Grimes and Andrea Beachkofsky. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, Mr. Cottrell declared the meeting <br />adjourned at 8:12 a.m. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC SAFETY <br />J4 <br />Patrick .
