The façade is 3 <br />bays with 8/8 double hung sash windows and a central entrance. The roof is gabled with asphalt shingles. <br />Attached flat-roof, single door garage on the north. <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED PROJECT: The applicant has requested approval to: <br /> <br />1. Install a rear yard waste container screen on the northeast side of the garage. The proposed vinyl fence <br />panels and gates are 72” tall. <br /> <br />2. Install a vinyl fence on the southeast corner of the rear patio.
