The project <br />cannot reasonably be subdivided as required by the Minority and Women Business Enterprise <br />Inclusion Program Plan §8.B.2: <br />§8.B.2 Non -Goal -Eligible Contracts <br />If a contract is not goal -eligible, either because it is not able to be subdivided into <br />commercially useful functions or because it does not contain any work described in the NAICS <br />Codes in Attachment A, the Program Administrator will not set goals for that contract. <br />For this project, the crews are small and are performing only one task (brick pavement spot repairs). <br />There are no specialized sub -tasks like electrical or planting work that can be separated out as <br />commercially useful functions. <br />
