ORDINANCE NO. 74 9T-8 7 <br />AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING AND ESTABLISHING AN <br />HISTORIC LANDMARK UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 5565 -73, <br />AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68, AS AMENDED, <br />COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND (1007 Riverside Drive) <br />WHEREAS, the Historic Preservation Commission of South Bend and <br />St. Joseph County has petitioned for the designation of the following described <br />real estate as an Historic Landmark under Ordinance No. 5565 -73, as amended, <br />to wit: <br />6o.3 "S PT <br />Shetterly P1 <br />3rd Add <br />The improvements located upon said land can <br />be commonly described as 1007 Riverside Drive <br />hereinafter referred to as the "PROPERTY." <br />WHEREAS, the Historic Preservation Commission of South Bend <br />and St. Joseph County has recommended the designation of the PROPERTY as <br />a Historic Landmark. <br />INDIANA: <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />SECTION 1. <br />That the above described PROPERTY be, and it is hereby, designated <br />and established as an Historic Landmark under Ordinance No. 5565 -73, as <br />amended. <br />SECTION 2. <br />That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br />and after its passage by the Common Council, approved by the Mayor and <br />legal Publication. <br />x <br />Member of the CommqVCounc,il <br />tst READING / - 9— 8 7 <br />PUBLIC HEARING o% /3 <br />2nd REAMING <br />NOT APPROVED <br />REFERRED <br />PISSED of - /3 -£j %, 0-o 'n�L <br />
