Stimson to zone from "A" Residential, "A" <br />Height and Area, to "B" Residential, "A" Height and Area, property located <br />at 1815 East Ireland Road, City of South Bend <br />Gentlemen: <br />The attached rezonng petition of Ireland Road Family Physicians, Inc. and Harry <br />R. Stimson was legally advertised December 9, 1983. The Area Plan Commission <br />gave it a public hearing on December 20, 1983, at which time the following <br />action was taken: <br />Upon a motion by John DeLee being seconded by C. J. Witz and <br />unanimously carried, the proposed ordinance and site development plan <br />of Ireland Road Family Physicians, Inc. and Harry R. Stimson to zone <br />from "A" Residential, "A" Height and Area, to "B" Residential, "A" <br />Height and Area, property located at 1815 East Ireland Road, City of <br />South Bend is sent to the Common Council with a favorable <br />recommendation subject to a final site plan meeting the requirements <br />of the City Engineer and showing the removal of that portion of the <br />hedge along the eastern drive that lies within the public right -of -way. <br />The above recommendation is made subject to a final site plan. <br />The deliberations of the Area Plan Commission and points considered in arriving <br />at the above decision are shown in the minutes of the public hearing, and will <br />be forwarded to you at a later date to be made a part of this report.
