V <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68, <br />AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING <br />ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />(Chapter 21, Municipal Code). <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana: <br />Section 1. Ordinance No. 4990 -68, as amended, which ordin- <br />ance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the <br />zoning classification of the following described real estate in the <br />City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: <br />PARCEL I <br />A parcel of land being a part of the West Half of the <br />Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 37 North, Range <br />3 East, 2nd P.M., St. Joseph County, Indiana and being <br />more particularly described as follows, viz <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of said West Half; <br />thence N. 900- 00' -00" W. (bearing assumed) along the East - <br />West centerline of said Section 30, a distance of 198.00 feet <br />to the place of beginning; thence continuing N. 900- 00' =00" <br />W. along said East -West centerline, a measured distance of <br />80.00 feet; thence N. 0 °- 10' -44" E., a measured distance of <br />289.82 feet; thence N. 89 °- 52' -01" E., a measured distance <br />of 80.00 feet; thence S. 00- 10' -44" W., measured distance <br />of 290.00 feet to the place of beginning containing 0.533 <br />acres more or less. <br />PARCF.T� TT <br />A parcel of land being a part of the West Half of the <br />Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 37 North, Range <br />3 East, 2nd P.M., St. Joseph County, Indiana and being <br />more particularly described as follows, viz <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of said West Half; <br />thence N. 900- 00' -00" W.
