V AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA (Chapter 21, Municipal Code). BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: Section 1. Ordinance No. 4990 -68, as amended, which ordin- ance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: PARCEL I A parcel of land being a part of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 37 North, Range 3 East, 2nd P.M., St. Joseph County, Indiana and being more particularly described as follows, viz Commencing at the Southeast corner of said West Half; thence N. 900- 00' -00" W. (bearing assumed) along the East - West centerline of said Section 30, a distance of 198.00 feet to the place of beginning; thence continuing N. 900- 00' =00" W. along said East -West centerline, a measured distance of 80.00 feet; thence N. 0 °- 10' -44" E., a measured distance of 289.82 feet; thence N. 89 °- 52' -01" E., a measured distance of 80.00 feet; thence S. 00- 10' -44" W., measured distance of 290.00 feet to the place of beginning containing 0.533 acres more or less.
