SECTION I. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 7231 -83 is hereby amended by ad-ditions and deletions and shall read in its entirety as follows: Section 1. That the sum of -orr-- -i *r* Pd- Prf-t� r-k-e One Hundred SeventX Thousand Dollars ($170,000.00) shall be appropriated out ot the proceeds of the b on s authorized pursuant to Ordinance No. 7230 -83, as amended bX Ordinance No. , by the Common Council and designate as - Jti7dgnr� +tm -itrg- rrds- b-f- -1-9-8x3 " - "Judgment Funding Bonds of 1984" for the use of the Common Council in paying the following (a) In the case of Wilbur Smith and Associates v. City of South Bend, Cause No. K -3768, in the St. Joseph Superior Court, judgment entered May 19, 1982, the principal sum of $15,000.00, together with prejudgment interest in the sum of $7,245.92, the cost of the action, and interest since the date of judgment until satisfaction at an annual rate of 12 %. (b) In the case of Dennis M. Swanson et al., v. City of South Bend, et al., Cause No. K-4975, in the St. Joseph Circuit Court, judgment entered December 8, 1982, the principal sum of $112,806.00, the cost of the action, and interest since the date of judgment until satisfaction at an annual rate of 12 %. (c) All necessary and incidental expenses relating to the issuance and sale of the bonds." SECTION II.
