ORDINANCE N0. AR <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $75,000 <br />FROM THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT <br />FUND, COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS THE <br />GENERAL REVENUE SHARING TRUST FUND <br />FOR OFFICE AUTOMATION EQUIPMENT. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In order to be more efficient in providing <br />services and in managing the City of South Bend, office automative <br />equipment is needed. Monies are available within the General <br />Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for the purchase of equipment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $75,000 is hereby <br />appropriated for the year 1983 from the Federal Assistance Grant <br />Fund commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund. <br />This appropriation is to be administered by the Department of <br />Administration and Finance and will be distributed as set forth <br />below: <br />PROGRAM FA 239 <br />OFFICE AUTOMATIVE EQUIPMENT <br />ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT <br />312.0 Data Processing $75,000 <br />Total $75,000 <br />SECTION II. That this Ordinance shall be in full <br />force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, <br />approval by the Mayor and approval by the State Board of Tax <br />Commissioners. <br />
