3 <br />Project Role <br />Mr. Fleishman has over 25 years of experience in energy projects <br />and building systems engineering. As the Vice President of <br />Operations for the Central Region, he is responsible for <br />engineering and construction integrity and success across <br />seven states, coordinating team members from multiple <br />engineering disciplines to develop project proposals and <br />detailed energy audits for energy saving performance <br />contracts. He is accountable for the development of cost- <br />savings measures with calculated energy savings, deal <br />structuring, development of project schedules, and evaluation <br />of holistic building systems including controls, HVAC, <br />electrical, and water systems. Mr. Fleishman works to ensure <br />that the construction team delivers projects in a safe and <br />timely manner, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
