Additional <br />burners at grade further downsized plate steel for loading into containers and recycled. <br />Sabre was contracted to perform cleaning via solidifcation or collection of bulk product remaining withiun tanks and/or lines <br />prioer to demolition of 7-large above grade storage tanks each with a capacity of 8Sk-gallons up to 21M-gallons . Sabre <br />subcontracted with tadebe who performed solidification via use of sawdust, transportation, and disposal of approximately <br />1501, tons of bulk, solidified number 6 oil. Following bulk solidifcation tanks Tradebe performed a cutter stock rinse prior to <br />final inspeciton via marine Chemist to certify the tank clean for demolition. As Demolition continued in a <br />top -down manner burners were utilized to cut lower tank wall plate due to a resulting thickness of 1.282-inch thick plate. <br />Following demolition of all site features the former earthen berms surrounding each tank was rough graded to promote <br />positive site drainage. <br />Sabre was contracted to perform demolition of a control room within an active work area on -site. Crews utilized Flame <br />GP <br />retardant poly to surround the work area keeping any dust and debris from the adjacent active Facility areas.
