The <br />campus of 117 acres is now being redeveloped. Renascent is responsible for decommissioning, <br />demolition of the factory, utility disconnects, and site demolition of the property, making <br />way for the new construction. The factory consists of over 2 million square feet of structure <br />composed of steel and concrete, to be razed, recycled, and disposed of properly.
