This transfer of funds is <br />part of the 1984 C.D.B.G. Application that will be submitted to the <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development. <br />I want to bring to your attention the $450,000 being transferred to <br />1984 Unspecified Local Option funds. This amount represents $150,000 <br />for the Commercial Rehab Revolving Loan Fund and $300,000 for the <br />Economic Development Capital Fund. The $450,000 consists of 1983 <br />program income in excess of what was projected and prior program <br />years' funds. I will not request appropriation of these funds to the <br />activity until a specific project has been considered.
