American Axle & Manufacturing <br />Detroit Manufacturing Complex Decommissioning, Decontamination & <br />Demolition <br />This project, located in Detroit, Michigan was for the sale of all assets, plant <br />decommissioning, decontamination and demolition of the 1.6M sf manufacturing facility. <br />The work included asbestos abatement, universal waste removal, demolition of multiple <br />structures of varying heights and the installation of new perimeter fencing to secure the <br />site. <br />Adamo purchased the <br />project from the <br />Owner, exclusive of the <br />land. <br />There was a fee paid to <br />the Owner at the <br />outset of the project <br />with a guarantee of <br />completion with no <br />fees to the Owner. <br />The project produced <br />very little in the way of debris.
