ORDINANCE NO. 7a:7,0-,r3 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $100,000.00 FROM <br />THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT FUND COMMONLY <br />REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING TRUST <br />FUND FOR OPERATING COSTS OF THE PARKING GARAGES <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />Additional funds are needed in 1983 to maintain the operations <br />of the City of South Bend Parking Garages. Monies are available <br />in the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $100,000.00. is hereby appropriated <br />for the year 1983 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund commonly <br />known as the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund. This appropriation <br />is to be administered by the Parking Garages Department and will <br />be distributed as set forth below: <br />PROGRAM FA 237 <br />PARKING GARAGE OPERATIONS <br />ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION I AMOUNT <br />379.0 Rents $ 100,000.00 <br />Total $ 100,000.00 <br />SECTION II. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and <br />effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, <br />approval by the Mayor, and approval by the State Board of Tax <br />Commissioners. <br />M m r of the Co n Council <br />
