Jefferson Boulevard <br />Presiding: Joseph Wroblewski South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />President <br />• <br />The January 24, 1992, Special Meeting of-the Redevelopment <br />Authority was called to order at 4:44 p.m. by its President, Joseph <br />Wroblewski. There was a quorum present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />2. <br />Members Present: <br />Legal Counsel: <br />Redevelopment Staff: <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Mr. Joseph Wroblewski, President <br />Mr. Andre Gammage, Vice President <br />Mr. Donald Fewell, Secretary <br />Ms. Jenny Pitts-Manier <br />Mrs. Ann Kolata, Director <br />Mrs. Cheryl Phipps, Office Manager <br />a. Approval of Minutes of the Special Meetincr of Tuesdav, <br />January 14, 1992. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Fewell and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Minutes <br />of the Special Meeting of .Tuesday, January 14, 1992, <br />3. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Authority approval requested for Extension of_residential <br />Lease with Elije Hannah Jr and Rosalind Hannah for <br />property located in the Airport Economic Development <br />Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the Hannahs have asked for a <br />90-day extension to their lease in order to finish moving <br />their belongings. They have moved from their residence, <br />but have possessions remaining in the out-buildings. <br />They also have salvage rights to the property. The staff <br />feels that a 60-day extension, to March 30, would be no <br />problem with our construction schedule. If feasible and <br />still necessary at that time, we could consider an <br />additional 30-day extension. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. Gammage and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority awarded a 60-day <br />
