Owner shall pay Engineer for Basic Services set forth in Exhibit A, except for services of <br />Engineer’s Resident Project Representative, if any, as follows: <br />1. A Lump Sum amount of $137,090 based on the following estimated distribution of <br />compensation: <br />a. Task 1: SBFD Central Roof Replacement <br />1) Conceptual Design $6,780.00 <br />2) Design Development $11,300.00 <br />3) Initial Construction Documents $13,560.00 <br />4) Bid Set Construction Documents $4,520.00 <br />5) Construction Manager Pricing $2,260.00 <br />6) Construction Phase Assistance $6,780.00 <br />7) TOTAL: $45,200 <br /> <br />b.
