naming the City as an additional insured showing such coverage then in force, but not less <br />than the above amounts, shall be submitted by the Operator prior to placing any of its <br />pedal trolleys within the City's public right of way. Such certificate shall contain a <br />provision that the policies and coverage afforded thereunder will not be canceled until at <br />least 30 days after written notice is given to the City's Public Works Director and <br />Corporation Counsel. <br />12.Assignment. Operator shall not assign this Agreement or any of its rights or <br />privileges to any person or entity without prior written approval of the City. <br />13.Counterparts.
