Such rights and remedies as are given <br />the Lessor hereunder shall also extend to the Trustee, and <br />the Trustee and the holders of the Bonds, subject to the <br />provisions of the Indenture, shall be entitled to the benefit , <br />of all covenants and agreements herein contained. <br />Section 10.4. A reement to Pa Attorne s' Fees and <br />Expenses. In the event t e Lessee should efau t uncar <br />any <br />of the provisions of this Lease and the Lessor or the Trustee <br />should employ attorneys or incur other expenses for the <br />collection of rent or the enforcement of performance or <br />observance of any obligation or agreement on the part of the <br />Lessee herein contained, the Lessee agrees that it will on <br />demand therefor pay to the Lessor the reasonable fee of such <br />attorneys and such other expenses so incurred by the Lessor <br />or the Trustee. <br />Section 10.5.
