�® and if the same are then callable, shall forthwith take all <br />steps that may be necessary under the applicable redemption <br />�r/� provisions of the Indenture to effect redemption of all'or <br />part of the then outstanding Bonds, as may be specified by <br />the Lessee, on the earliest redemption date on which such <br />�fe"demption may be made under such applicable provisions. <br />011-ction 9.5. Prepayment of Rents. There is expressly <br />reserved to the Lessee the right, and the Lessee is authorized <br />and permitted, at any time it may choose, to prepay all or <br />any part' of the rents payable under Section 5.3 hereof; and <br />the Lessee agrees that the Trustee may accept such prepayment <br />of rents/when the same are tendered by the Lessee. All <br />rents so piepaid shall be credited on the rentalpayments <br />specified in Section 5.3 hereof, in the order of their due <br />dates, and at the election of the Lessee shall be used for <br />the optional redemption of outstanding Bonds in the manner <br />and to the extent provided in Section 301_of the Indenture. <br />Section 9.6. 'Lessee Entitled to Certain Rent Abatements if <br />Bonds Paid Prior to Maturity. If at any time the aggregate <br />moneys in the Bond Fund shall be sufficient to retire in <br />accordance with the provisions of the Indenture all of the <br />Bonds at the time outstanding, and to pay all fees and <br />charges of the Trustee and any paying agents due or to <br />become due through the date on which the last of the Bonds <br />is retired, under circumstances not resulting in termination <br />of the Lease Term, and if the Lessee is not the time <br />otherwise in default hereunder, the Lessee 'shall he entitled <br />to use and occupy the Project from the date on which such <br />aggregate moneys are in the hands of the Trustee to and <br />including the end of the Lease Term; without the payments of <br />rent during that interval (but otherwise'onl'.the terms and <br />conditions hereof). <br />Section 9.7. Installation of Lessee's.Own Machinery and <br />E ui men�t. In addition to Te mac finery an equipment <br />installed by the Lessee under the provisions of Section 6.1 <br />hereof which does not become an integral:part-of the machinery <br />and equipment of the Project thereunder, the�Lessee may from <br />time to time, in its sole discretion and at its own expense, <br />install additional machinery and equipment in the Building <br />or on the Leased Land. <br />All machinery and equipment so installed by the Lessee, <br />unless it is provided as substitute equipment pursuant to <br />Section 6.8 hereof, shall remain the sole property of the <br />Lessee in which neither the Lessor nor the T�xustee shall <br />have any interest, may be modified or removed at any time, <br />and shall not be subject to the lien of the 6ndenture. <br />IX-2 <br />
