KC Tree, Inc $28,800 No <br /> <br />Engineering did not find any calculation errors in the submitted quotes. <br /> <br />Engineering recommends award of the quote to the lowest responsive and responsible quoter, <br />K&R Tree Service LLC, in the amount of $24,662.
