Indiana 46601. <br />The January 3, 1992, Special Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority <br />was called to order at 11:07 a.m. by its President, Joseph <br />Wroblewski. There was a quorum present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Mr. Joseph Wroblewski, President. <br />Mr. Andre Gammage, Vice President <br />Mr. Don Fewell, Secretary/Treasurer <br />Legal Counsel: Mr. Richard A. Nussbaum II <br />Redevelopment Staff: Mrs. Ann Kolata, Director <br />Mrs.. Cheryl Phipps, Office Manager <br />Media• Mr. Don Porter, South Bend Tribune <br />Mr. Thom Howell, U-93 <br />Others• Mrs. Irene Gammon, City Clerk <br />2. SWEARING IN OF AUTHORITY MEMBERS BY MRS. IRENE GAMMON <br />Mrs. Gammon administered .the oath of office to the following <br />Authority members: Mr. Joseph Wroblewski, Mr. Donald K. <br />Fewell, and Mr. Andre Gammage. <br />3. ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />Mr. Nussbaum, City Attorney, conducted the Election of <br />Officers.. <br />PRESIDENT <br />Mr. Fewell nominated Joseph Wroblewski to serve as President <br />of the Redevelopment Authority. Mr. Gammage seconded the <br />nomination. There were no additional-nominations.. The vote <br />being unanimous, Mr. Wroblewski was elected President for <br />1992.. <br />VICE-PRESIDENT <br />~~-, <br />Mr. Wroblewski nominated Andre Gammage to serve as <br />Vice-President of the Redevelopment Authority.
