Avoid placing service and control cabinet within the clear sight triangle. <br />2. Preferred location of service and controller cabinet is behind signal pole to reduce the <br />chance of being struck by an errant vehicle from oncoming vehicles of the major road . <br />3. Service points and controller cabinet shall be located outside of pedestrian access <br />route and positioned so that a technician working in cabinet can see signal indications <br />in at least one direction. Placement of service points and controller cabinets shall <br />consider location of the electrical service from the power company.
