Steel casing <br />pipe, including wall thickness shall conform to INDOT Standard Specification <br />Section 716. Design approval of steel casing pipe shall be granted by the City <br />Engineer. <br />2.For railroad crossings, steel casing pipe shall conform to the regulating railroad <br />authorities design and permitting requirements.
