REGULAR MEETING SEPTEMBER 22, 2003 <br />Mr. Place advised that Mr. David Diroll, Petitioner, is proposing to build a new house in the <br />Topsfield Subdivision on Lot #19. Place Builders has been contracted to construct the house which <br />will be a two thousand three hundred (2,300) square foot, two (2) story, single family residence with <br />three (3) bedrooms, two and one -half (2 1/2) baths, great room, dining room and kitchen with a full <br />unfinished basement. The estimated cost of this project is two hundred fifty thousand dollars <br />($250,000.00). <br />A Public Hearing was held on the Resolution at this time. <br />There being no one present wishing to speak to the Council either in favor of or in opposition to this <br />Resolution, Councilmember King made a motion to adopt this Resolution. Councilmember Varner <br />seconded the motion which carried and the Resolution was adopted by a roll call vote of eight (8) <br />ayes. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3248 -03 A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND DESIGNATING CERTAIN <br />AREAS WITHIN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, COMMONLY KNOWN AS 1902 S.
