REGULAR MEETING <br />JUNE 23, 2003 <br />Mr. Zock advised that he wishes to apply for an abatement for a house that he would like to build <br />on South Meade Street. It will be about one thousand square feet (1000'), with two (2) bedrooms, <br />a one (1) car garage and a fenced yard. He noted that a new home in this area will increase the value <br />of the existing homes in the area and the project will also help to promote future improvements and <br />development in the area. The total estimated dollar value of this project is sixty thousand dollars <br />($60,000.00). <br />A Public Hearing was held on the Resolution at this time. <br />There being no one present wishing to speak to the Council either in favor of or in opposition to this <br />Resolution, Councilmember Kelly made a motion to adopt this Resolution.
