The scope of work is to clear trees and brush for a new duplex unit from the City’s <br />pre-approved housing construction plans. <br /> <br />Quotes were solicited from Tony Ruiz Construction (TRCC LLC), New Image Tree Service, and <br />Michiana Tree Works. No quotes were received. In accordance with Indiana State Code, the <br />project was procured in the Open Market. <br /> <br />TRCC LLC followed up after the quote opening and was able to provide an Open Market quote <br />in the amount of $7,800. Their quote is complete and responsive, addressing all requirements of <br />the original quote request. <br /> <br />I recommend award of an open market contract for 123-062I 614 Sherman Ave. TIF Project – <br />Tree Clearing to TRCC LLC, in the amount of $7,800.00. Funding is available through PR- <br />00032469. <br />
