REGULAR MEETING MAY 12, 2003 <br />A Public Hearing was held on the Resolution at this time. <br />There was no one present wishing to speak to the Council either in favor of or in opposition to this <br />Resolution. <br />Councilmember Coleman noted that on the advice of Council Attorney Kathleen Cekanski Farrand, <br />he is disclosing that he has an interest in Quality Dining but it is not at the level that would constitute <br />a conflict of interest and he will be voting on this bill. <br />Therefore, Councilmember Coleman made a motion to adopt this Resolution.
