The details of the project <br />are attached. You should read them thoroughly to understand all requirements. <br />The removals will consist of trees and stumps. The contractor will be required to replace borrow and <br />topsoil, but will not be required to replace grass, just a layer of mulch. <br />Please submit quotes to bpwbids@southbendin.gov by 9am on April 23rd, 2024. After you <br />submit, you should receive an automatic response back to confirm.
