Councilmember Pfeifer made a motion to refer this bill to the Zoning and <br />Annexation Committee and set it for Public Hearing and Third Reading on March 10, 2003. <br />Councilmember Aranowski seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of eight (8) ayes. <br />BILL NO. 12 -03 FIRST READING ON A BILL AMENDING THE ZONING <br />ORDINANCE, AND DESIGNATING THE STRUCTURES <br />AND REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1114 <br />LINCOLNWAY WEST, IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, A LOCAL HISTORIC LANDMARK <br />This bill had first reading.
