If “Report” appears on the table, it has been determined that an allocation of this pollutant is not necessary. The permittee shall compare any monitoring data for these pollutants with the screening table in Part I (3) below. If pollutant concentrations above the screening levels are observed, a local Daily Maximum and/or Monthly Average limit may be developed for that pollutant.
