WARRANTY STATEMENT <br />The warranty for the booster pumping system is the sole responsibility of the booster <br />pumping system manufacturer and includes the following: <br />1. The warranty shall be for a period of three (3) years commencing upon station <br />startup. <br />2. The three (3) year warranty period shall be inviolate regardless of any component <br />manufacturer's warranty for equipment and components within the station. <br />3. The warranty shall cover all equipment, components and controls, provided under <br />this contract by the booster pumping system manufacturer, exclusive of those <br />components supplied by and/or installed by others independent of the control of <br />the booster pumping system manufacturer. <br />4. The booster pumping system manufacturer shall bear the full cost of labor and <br />materials for replacement and/or repair of faulty or defective components, or <br />controls, supplied by the booster pumping system manufacturer on site as required <br />so there shall be no cost incurred by the Owner for this work during the warranty <br />period. <br />5. No assumption of contingent liabilities for any component failure during warranty <br />is made. <br />This warranty is provided by the booster pumping system manufacturer as the single party <br />responsible for warranting all components included with the booster pumping system on <br />site and all aspects of performance as specified. The booster pumping system <br />manufacturer does not utilize "Second Party" or "pass through" warranties.
