Ranches will have a minimum of one-thousand (1,000) square feet. Two story <br /> homes will have a minimum of one-thousand two hundres (1,200) square feet. The homes will <br /> have 2-4 bedrooms, full basements and an attached garage. The average cost of these homes is <br /> expected to be $125,000. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Resolution at this time. <br /> There being no one present wishing to speak to the Council either in favor of or in opposition to <br /> this Resolution, Councilmember Kelly made a motion to adopt this Resolution.
