In the late 2000s,Boland Drive was realigned and connected to a traffic circle at <br /> the intersection with Portage Road.The excess right-of-way was never vacated. <br /> The City of South Bend has retained our services to properly vacate the eastern portion of <br /> Boland Drive. Danch, Harner, and Associates is also in the process of working with the City <br /> and St.Joseph County to prepare a subdivision for the area.
