This quote does not include any unforeseen floor prep including weak subfloors that may need removed or <br />replaced. A 3% service charge is added to all credit card transactions <br />authorized to do the work specified. Payment will be <br />made upon job completion. Prices in this estimate are <br />good for 30 days barring any sale expiration. Once a <br />project has been scheduled, a 1 week notification prior <br />to job start date is required to make any cancellation or <br />re-schedule.
