Proposal includes, Labor and <br />Equipment <br />Description; <br />• Walls & Footers ( Concrete ) Per the Prints provided by spec. <br />• Front Porch ( Covered ) formed and poured separate from others <br />• Framing for Duplex's Lumber package coordinated with provider <br />• Interior Concrete Slab 22'x 40' <br />• Thickened Slab underneath Structural Supports <br />• Concrete Curb Cuts ( Provided in secondary quote, To be attached ) <br />Exclusions; Wash out area for concrete - Site dumpster to be coordinated <br />Total Proposal $49,718.00 <br />Price good for 30 days <br />25%due prior to starting project <br />Balance due ten (10) days after completion of project <br />Disclaimer <br />As we strive to leave the property as found, B&M Builders is not responsible for any damage to landscape including <br />but not limited to plants, shrubs, grass, divots or irrigation system caused by construction equipment. Any <br />uncovered or unforeseen damages to building structures due to water, fire, insects or age will be brought to the <br />owner's attention prior to replacement. These items are not included in proposal. <br />
