NEW BUSIlVF~S (Cant. ) <br />a. Staff report an acquisitian of property in the Airport Econcmic <br />Develorcnent Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata reported that the staff has received a counter offer in <br />the atmunt of $895,000 for Parcels A & H in the Airport Ecanamic <br />Development Area. The counter offer includes the following <br />provisions: that payment be received by September 20, 1991; that <br />salvage rights be granted; that immediate access be granted to the <br />property for constructian of the I/N Kote sewer; that there would be <br />an additional paymezzt of moving expenses, and that the Bradforc7s be <br />allowed to rennin in the home rent free until April 30, 1992. The <br />staff recam~azds accepting the counter offer. <br />Upon a motian by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />Lu~lnimously carried, the Authority accepted the counter offer in the <br />amrnuzt of $895, 000 for Parcels A & H in the Airport Ecananic <br />Development Area with the provisiar~s that paymeizt be received by <br />Sept~nber 20, 1991; that salvage rights be granted; that immediate <br />access be granted to the property for constructian of the I/N Kote <br />sewer; that there be an additional payment of moving Ponces, and <br />that the Bradfords be allowed to remain in the home rent free until <br />April 30, 1992. <br />• <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this con~letes the acquisition of eight of the <br />ten parcels to be acquired in the Airport ECOriCmi.C Development Area. <br />-2- <br />
