I am submitting this letter along with <br />apprenticeship certificates (Nos.II012020003 and IL008780173). <br />As a signatory contractor with the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local <br />150, AFL-CIO, Alpine Demolition Services, LLC, is required by Collective Bargaining <br />Agreement to participate in an applicable apprenticeship and training program approved <br />by and registered with the United States Department of Labor's Bureau of Apprenticeship <br />and Training.
